The end of the semester...

In in all, this has been a tough semester. Josh has had a heavy work load and has spent most his evenings at the library and all saturday. When he was at home, he was mostly reading for class. When he wasn't working at all, we were both usually away that he really should be!

I have been quite lonely at home alot of the time, it seemed like thats all I ever did. Stay at home alone with Esther all day, rarely leaving the house other than to get groceries or go to the bank. Oh and housework.

One thing that really helped was having our weekly date night, every thrusday night Esther would go and visit with Pammy & Poppy while Josh and I had some time just to do soemthing nice and talk. Mostly we made it a rule not to talk about money, jobs, etc and try and focus on just having a good time. I must say, it was my favorite night of the week.

I realised today that we are going to be here at least another 2 years, since Josh hasnt started his 4 semesters of greek yet!!!

I am definately happy to have my husband back for a few motnhs until it all starts again!!!!

The end of a semester is always exciting, but its bitter-sweet too. With each completed semester, more friends leave. Its exciting that God is sending them forth into the missions field to do his work. So its sad that we'll see them less, but exciting what God has in store.

Faith and Sakal leave in afew weeks, and Catherine and Patrick left back in february. We'll have new neighbours, but we will really miss them!

I am really hoping to get to take some sort of vacation this year. We'd really like to try and go to North Carolina or just go camping somewhere! We'll have to see!
