13 months.

Next week, Esther will be 13 months, I realised now that she is like a real miniature person. She has her own very distinct personality! Well, she always has done, but its just so cool getting to learn more about her each day and watching her personality develop.

She has quite a large vocabulary now, for a 1 year old at least!!! I'll list as many as I can think of...

Dadda - Daddy, or any other male persons, but particuly Josh
That - Me, or something else that she wants
Meee - Milk, She want's to nurse
Ba - Ball
Ba-nan-nan-a - banana or other food
Koo-ki - Cookie
Ba-ba - could be bunny or baby depending on the context
Uh-oh - self explanatory!
Mmmmmm - hinting that she want's my food
whoa! - something exciting that she wants to explore more
bu-k - Book
Gat - Cat
'Mow' - 'ow' is pronounced as in 'now' - meow, often interchangable with Gat
de dun - All done
yeah! - display of excitement when everyone cheers because she does something good.
Gees - Shoes????? But, I know more that one baby that makes this little error, so I am wondering if she 'sh' sound is too hard and 'g' is the result???

She seems to add a new word every week! She seems to understand alot more than she can say, for example she understand 'outside' 'nightnight time' 'bath time' etc but doesn't say it.
