A highlight of my week!

This semester I am taking a class called 'Wife of the Equipping Minister' with Dr Dorothy Patterson, who is truly one of the most truly inspiring, Godly women you can ever meet. Her devotion to serving the Lord, her love for her husband and family and passion for people have made an imprint on me that will last forever.

God is using her in my life to do amazing things. To encourage and comfort me on this journey that we are on and also to convict me of areas in my life that need attention. From financial stewardship and housekeeping to being a Godly wife and mother and making the most of our quiet times with our Lord.

An extra highlight are our weekly talent presentations! I look forward to them all week! Every week, ladies in the class have to share a talent or gift. It is truly a joy to see what God is doing in the lives of my sisters in Christ and to enjoy and share their gifts.

From sign language, scrapbooking, piano, singing and cross stitch to using coupons,having great dates with your husband, freezer cooking... its such a fantastic learning experience.

I love seeing the joy on my sisters faces and they share what they love.

Josh loves seeing me after my class because he says i shine and he is so excited to see how God is working in my heart and the positive effects it is having on our family and home.

God is truly Good!!!
